Respiratory support is made with a blend of organic and wildly harvested herbs including cherry bark, mullein, osha root, elecampane, licorice, passion flower, thyme, oregano, gluten free alcohol, ACV, and raw honey.

Supports the lungs during times of illness. Take 1-2 droppers every few hours as needed.

Mullein Leaf: Is an expectorant with anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties making it helpful to the respiratory system especially for a dry nonproductive cough.

Elecampane Root: is an expectorant and antitussive which makes it helpful for coughs and soothes the respiratory system. It is gentle and an excellent lung tonic.

Thyme: is a bronchodilator, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and expectorant. Helps to warm the lungs and opens the airway. It is connected to the lung meridian in Chinese medicine.

Passionflower: Anti-spasmodic properties which helps to quiet the cough. Helpful at nighttime to promote sleep.

This is a dietary supplement.

For herbal tinctures that are alcohol based you can place a small amount in a cup and put a small amount of boiling water over it, the alcohol with then evaporate leaving you with the healing properties of the tincture still just minus the alcohol.

I recommend that with all the herbal tinctures you start of small in dosing and work your way up to recommended dosage. Some people only need a small amount to notice a difference.
