Some refer to spilanthes as buzz button and toothache plant. If you have ever tried it you know why as it leaves your mouth tingly, full of saliva, and kind of numb. It has great antimicrobial properties which is why it gets used in the mouth for tooth infections, gum infections, canker sores and mouth ulcers. It is also good as an immune enhancer which is good for both viral and bacterial infections. Can help to stimulate a poor appetite.

Made with fresh spilanthes and organic gluten free alcohol. I make this during the summer months when the plant is fresh. I only make a certain amount so there is always the possibility that I could run out. I do try to make enough though.

This is a dietary supplement.

For herbal tinctures that are alcohol based you can place a small amount in a cup and put a small amount of boiling water over it, the alcohol with then evaporate leaving you with the healing properties of the tincture still just minus the alcohol.

I recommend that with all the herbal tinctures you start of small in dosing and work your way up to recommended dosage. Some people only need a small amount to notice a difference.
